1. Shipping Provider

At Azeeza, we partner with EasyParcel to handle all our deliveries. EasyParcel is renowned for its reliability and efficiency, offering secure and timely shipping for your orders. By leveraging their advanced tracking and delivery services, we aim to provide you with a seamless shipping experience.

2. Shipping Areas

We are pleased to offer shipping to addresses within Malaysia. Please note that, as of now, we do not provide international shipping beyond these areas. We are continuously evaluating our shipping options and may expand our delivery regions in the future.

3. Processing Time

Order Processing: Orders placed with Azeeza are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). This includes verifying your payment, preparing your items for shipment, and completing any necessary packaging. Processing times may be extended during peak periods such as holidays, sales, or special promotions.

Shipping Time: After your order is processed, shipping times will depend on your delivery location. On average, delivery takes between 3-7 business days. For remote or less accessible areas, delivery might take a bit longer. Once your order is in transit, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.

4. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option comes at a flat rate of RM15. This rate is calculated at checkout based on your location and package size.

Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over RM120. This discount will automatically apply at checkout when your order meets the minimum amount.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from EasyParcel containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress. By clicking the link, you can view real-time updates on your delivery status, ensuring you stay informed every step of the way.

6. Delivery Issues

In the event of any issues with your delivery, such as delays, missing items, or damaged goods, please contact our customer service team promptly at support@azeeza.my. We will work directly with EasyParcel to address the issue and find a satisfactory resolution. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to resolving any problems as quickly as possible.

7. Address Changes

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. If you realize there is an error in your address after placing your order, contact us immediately. While we will make every effort to assist you, once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address. Verify your details carefully to avoid any potential issues.

8. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We are able to process cancellations if the order has not yet been shipped. 9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Though rare, if your package is lost or stolen, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@azeeza.my. We will initiate an investigation with EasyParcel to locate your package. 10. Special Delivery Requests

If you have any special delivery requests or instructions, please include them in the notes section at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, although we cannot guarantee that all special instructions can be fulfilled due to logistical constraints.
