Azeeza Vendor Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Azeeza Vendor Program! As a partner vendor, you are essential in providing high-quality products for our platform. These terms and conditions outline your responsibilities and how we will work together. Please review carefully to ensure a smooth and productive partnership.

1. Eligibility

Only registered businesses or authorized individuals are eligible to become vendors on Azeeza. Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards regarding product quality and safety.

2. Product Upload and Content Requirements

Azeeza controls the product upload process: Vendors must submit their product information (images, descriptions, pricing, etc.) to Azeeza through the platform.

Product Approval: Azeeza reserves the right to approve or reject product listings based on quality, content, and relevance to our brand standards.
If a product does not meet Azeeza’s quality or content standards, the vendor must send the product to Azeeza Enterprise’s office. Azeeza will handle the photoshoot and product description to ensure it aligns with the platform’s standards.

Azeeza will arrange the return or collection of the product with the vendor.
Vendors are responsible for shipping costs related to sending products to Azeeza’s HQ.

3. Vendor Account & Order Management

Vendor Account: Vendors will have a personalized account where they can monitor stock, track product performance, and manage orders.

Order Management: Vendors will manage their own orders directly through their account. This includes confirming orders, processing shipments, and handling any customer inquiries or issues related to their products.

Vendors must ensure that orders are shipped promptly and in compliance with Azeeza’s shipping guidelines.

4. Packaging

Azeeza provides all product packaging: Vendors are required to use Azeeza-branded packaging for all products sold through the platform.

Azeeza will supply the necessary packaging to vendors for the fulfillment of customer orders, ensuring consistency in branding and product presentation.
Vendors must use the packaging provided by Azeeza for shipping to customers.

5. Product Inquiries

All product inquiries will be handled by the Azeeza team. Vendors will not be directly responsible for answering customer questions regarding the products they sell.

Azeeza’s customer service team will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support for customers regarding your products.

Vendors are expected to cooperate with Azeeza in resolving product-related issues or inquiries promptly.

6. Pricing and Product Availability

Vendors are responsible for providing accurate pricing and ensuring that stock levels are up to date.

If a product is out of stock or discontinued, vendors must promptly update their listing or notify Azeeza to avoid customer dissatisfaction.

Azeeza reserves the right to adjust prices in cases of errors or market fluctuations.

7. Payouts

Payouts will be handled by Azeeza: Vendors will receive earnings on a weekly basis (every 7 days).

Payouts will be processed after customer orders are confirmed and the return/dispute period has passed.

Payments will be made to the payment method specified in the vendor’s account.

8. Returns and Refunds

Vendors must comply with Azeeza’s Returns & Refunds Policy for any product returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Vendors are responsible for managing returns and handling exchanges or refunds as per Azeeza’s guidelines.

9. Fees and Commissions
Azeeza may charge fees for listing products, transaction processing, or other services. These fees will be communicated upfront. Commissions will be deducted from the product sale price before payouts are processed.

10. Quality Control

Vendors must ensure that their products meet Azeeza’s high standards of quality, safety, and compliance with local regulations.

Azeeza reserves the right to conduct periodic quality checks and remove any products that do not meet the required standards.

In the event of customer complaints, Azeeza may take corrective actions, including product removal or suspension of the vendor’s account.

11. Intellectual Property

Vendors must ensure they have the legal rights to sell all products listed on Azeeza.

By listing products on Azeeza, vendors grant Azeeza the right to use product images, descriptions, and other materials for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes.

12. Termination of Agreement

Azeeza reserves the right to terminate a vendor’s account at any time for violations of these terms, including product quality issues, fulfillment problems, or poor customer service.

Vendors may terminate their participation in the program at any time by providing written notice to Azeeza.

13. Indemnification

Vendors agree to indemnify and hold Azeeza harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the sale of their products, including product defects, intellectual property infringements, and legal disputes.

14. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Azeeza reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
